Clerk’s notes: Matt Perry presented the item to the Board and indicated that the Conflict of Interest Code had been updated to include two positions that were previously omitted: Deputy Director of Behavioral Health and Deputy Director of Behavioral Health - Alcohol and Other Drug Services (AODS). On motion of Supervisor Smith, and by vote of the Board, approved the first amendment to the agreement between the County of Lake and Jacqueline Benjamin, M.D. for FY 2014-15 Pathology Services, an increase of $10,350, and authorized the Chair to sign. The motion carried by the following vote:
Clerk’s notes: This item was pulled at the request of County Counsel Anita Grant. Ms. Grant pointed out that one of the pages references a rate schedule, but no rates are included. Since the rates are covered in the original agreement, she suggested deleting that line from the amendment. Chair Farrington asked if anyone present wished to speak. 7.6Approve Agreement between the County of Lake and HARC Enterprises, to provide a Domestic Violence Educational Program at the Lake County Jail/Hill Road Facility, in the amount of $12,000 and authorize the Chair to sign. Agreement passed on consent

On motion of Supervisor Brown, and by vote of the Board (5 ayes), waived the reading of the Ordinance, to be read in title only (Clerk did so). On motion of Supervisor Brown, and by vote of the Board (5 ayes), advanced the Ordinance to June 16, 2015 at 9:15 a.m.
Clerk’s notes: Chair Farrington and County Administrative Officer Matt Perry introduced the item to the Board. Peter Rumble, Chief Executive of California Clean Power, and several staff members were present and spoke as well.
