The project applicant is BELL HAVEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION proposing rehabilitation and expansion of existing boating facilities in accordance with the Clear Lake Shoreline Ordinance. The project is located at 6560 Soda Bay Drive, Kelseyville and further described as APN 044-030-01. (Peggy Barthel).
