6a.9:05 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Subdivision Map Extension (SDX 18-01) and Deviation (DV 17-08) for Tentative Subdivision Map (SD 16-01). The project applicant is DAMON FANUCCHI requesting to deviate from curb, gutter, and sidewalk requirements and a request for an extension of time for two years. The project is located at 15385 Stonefield Court, Middletown and further described as APN 014-111-21. Environmental Evaluation: Subsequent Mitigated Negative Declaration. (Mireya Turner)

6b.9:15 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Use Permit Extension (UPX 17-02 for Use Permit (UP 87-15). The project applicant is GEYSERS POWER COMPANY, LLC proposing to allow the Productive Life of the Project. There will be no changes in the operation and/or expansion of the authorized Geothermal Power Plant and supporting infrastructure including steam fields and the applicant shall continue to be in compliance with all previously approved Conditions of Approval in the Use Permit, including any modifications and/or added conditions of approval. The project is located at 20055 & 20500 Foard Road; 20095 State Highway 175, Middletown and further described as APNs 013-058-23; 013-058-24; 013-011-35. 6c.9:30 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Parcel Map Extension (PMS 18-03) for Tentative Parcel Map (PM 09-02) and Deviation (DV 09-03) & (DV 17-01). The project applicant is GEORGE BARNES proposing an extension of time for a Tentative Parcel Map for a 216+/- acre property to create two parcels and an extension of a deviation to allow reduced street standards. The project is located at 1375 Mahoney Drive, Upper Lake and further described as APN 002-025-15. Environmental Evaluation: Subsequent Mitigated Negative Declaration. (Eric Porter)
Public Hearing
6d.9:45 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Resolution of Intent to Amend the Lake County Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment (AM 18-03). The applicant is the COUNTY OF LAKE proposing the following Amendments:
• Allow a restaurant up to 750 square feet accessory to a permitted tasting room in the “APZ,” “A,” “RL,” “RR,” and “SR” Districts;
• Allow a restaurant exceeding 750 square feet in size accessory to permitted tasting room subject to obtaining a Major Use Permit in the “APZ,” “A,” “RL,” “RR” and “SR” Districts;
• Allow a reduction of the Minimum Residential Construction Standards in the “R1” District from a minimum dwelling size of 720 square feet to 360 square feet, a minimum width reduction from 15 feet to 12 feet and a minimum eave reduction from 12 inch to 6 inch;
• Establish a permit process to allow Emergency Temporary Dwellings after a catastrophic or natural disaster;
• Modify the Collectors Permit conditions to allow a two car garage accessory to a permitted dwelling;
• Allow a reduction in the Minimum Residential Construction Standards of the “MH” Mobile Home Combining District from a minimum dwelling size of 560 square feet to 360 square feet.
Environmental Evaluation: Exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. (Michalyn DelValle)
