6a.9:02 a.m Public Hearing on consideration of a General Plan Conformity Report (GPC 19-01) The project applicant is the CITY OF LAKEPORT proposing 100 kilowatt photovoltaic solar generating facility and supporting structures, which include a ground mounted solar array consisting of 252 modules (80’x40’) and 25 support posts to be drilled approximately 7 feet deep. The solar facility would be 10,788 square feet and (124’ long by 87’ wide) on an approximately 7.5 (326,700 square feet) acres parcel.
