6a.9:35 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Major Use permit (UP 18-29). The project applicant is ALEX BECK proposing Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses consisting of (1) A-Type 3B (Medium Mixed Light), (1) A-Type 2B (Small Mixed Light), and (1) A-Type 1C (Specialty Cottage), to allow 69,120 square feet of cultivation area and 37,000 square feet of canopy. The project is located at 13306 Elk Mountain Road, and 13052 White Rock Canyon Road, Upper Lake and further described as APNs 002-023-90 & 002-023-93. Environmental Evaluation: Categorical Exemption.
