Public Hearing
6b.9:10 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a General Plan Conformity Report (GPC 12-09) and Initial Study (IS 12-24). The project applicant is COUNTY OF LAKE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS proposing to replace the functionally obsolete temporary Bailey Bridge, installed in 2001 over Cooper Creek with a single-span cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab bridge at the same location as the existing bridge. The project is located in the County of Lake Road Right-of-Way 3.5 miles north of State Highway 20 on Whitter Springs Road, Upper Lake. (Peggy Barthel)
