The project applicant is BRAMBLES DEVELOPMENT, LLC proposing an 18-hole golf course (mostly membership based, with limited access) and the operation of a private airport at the existing landing strip, formerly used as the Crazy Creek Glider Port. 6b.9:10 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Major Use Permit (UP 19-05) and Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study (IS 19-09). The project applicant is SCOTTS VALLEY BAND OF POMO INDIANS proposing a Major Use Permit to allow for the development of a small-scale bioenergy production facility using the Artis System. This system has no open flame components and is a sealed system, which uses programmable electric heaters to achieve optimal temperatures.
