6a.9:05 a.m. Public Hearing on consideration of a Major Use Permit (UP 19-05) and Initial Stud (IS 19-09). The project applicant is SCOTTS VALLEY BAND OF POMO INDIANS proposing a Major Use Permit to allow for the development of a small-scale bioenergy production facility using the Artis System. This system has no open flame components and is a sealed system, which uses programmable electric heaters to achieve optimal temperatures.
