Clerk’s notes: The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chair Sabatier. County Administrative Officer Susan Parker, County Counsel Lloyd Guintivano, and Assistant Clerk of the Board Johanna DeLong were present, along with the following Supervisors: Present: Supervisor Simon, Supervisor Crandell, Supervisor Green, Supervisor Pyska, and Chair Sabatier
