Clerk’s notes: County Administrative Officer Carol Huchingson made opening remarks to the Board. Behavioral Health Director Todd Metcalf, Social Services Director Crystal Markytan, Health Services Director Jonathan Portney, and Registrar of Voters Maria Valadez presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the Board. Sheriff Brian Martin, County Counsel Anita Grant, Chief Probation Officer Rob Howe, and Animal Control Director Jonathan Armas presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the Board. Public Works/ Water Resources Director Scott De Leon, Community Development Director Mary Darby, Special Districts Administrator Scott Harter, Air Quality Control Officer Doug Gearhart, Agricultural Commissioner Vanderwall, and Public Services Director Lars Ewing presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the Board. County Administrative Officer Carol Huchingson introduced the item to the Board. Information Technology Director Shane French, Assessor-Recorder Richard Ford, and Treasurer-Tax Collector Barbara Ringen presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the Board. Information Technology Director Shane French read a letter from Auditor-Controller Cathy Saderlund. Chief Deputy County Administrative Officer Stephen Carter spoke. County Administrative Officer Carol Huchingson presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the item to the Board. Chair Crandell asked if anyone present wished to speak. No one wished to speak and the public input portion of this item was closed.
