On motion of Supervisor Simon, and by vote of the Board, directed staff to put the permitting of cannabis cultivation on hold by the Air Qualtiy Department until such time as the State provides guidance, or the Board directs staff otherwise. The motion carried by the following vote:

Clerk’s notes: Water Resources Director David Cowan presented the item to the Board. Middle Creek Restoration Coalition member Peter Wyndram was present and gave a presentation of the project including the history with maps. Mr. Wyndram reported the financial estimate was $33.8 million to complete this project. A total of $15 million has been obtained by the Water Resources department to date. Chair Scott asked if anyone present wished to speak and John Brosnan spoke. No one else wished to speak and the public input portion of this item was closed.
