(a) On motion of Supervisor Simon, and by vote of the Board, finds that the Mitigated Negative Declaration, based on Initial Study IS 14-11 for the property located at 15385 Stonefield Ct., Middletown CA, does meet the requirements of Section 15162(a) of the CEQA Guidelines, and that no additional environmental review need be prepared with the findings listed in the staff memorandum dated November 20, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote:

(b) On motion of Supervisor Simon, and by vote of the Board, approved an extension of time for Subdivision Map (SD 16-01) for a period of two years to July 28, 2020, with the findings listed in the staff memorandum dated November 20, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote:

(c) On motion of Supervisor Simon, and by vote of the Board, finds that the deviation applied for by Damon Fanucchi on property located at 15385 Stonefield Ct., Middletown, CA, and further described as APN 014-111-21, does not meet the requirements of Section 17-31.2 of the Lake County Code and therefore the deviation is denied with the findings listed in the staff memorandum dated November 20, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote:
