Clerk’s notes: (a) Community Development Interim Director Michalyn DelValle presented a PowerPoint presentation regarding early activation. (b) Tax Collector Barbara Ringen gave a PowerPoint presentation of the Collection of Cannabis Cultivation Ta. Deputy Tax Collector Liz Martinez was also present and spoke. (c) Priorities to amend cannabis ordinance recommendations, water source, clustering, school boundaries. (d) Community Development Interim Director Michalyn DelValle presented the current Regulations for Manufacturing, Distribution and Testing (e) CAO Carol Huchingson presented information regarding the existing tax measure. County Counsel Anita Grant spoke. Registrar of Voters Diane Fridley spoke. Chair Steele asked if anyone present wished to speak and the following people spoke: Noah, Tony Perkins, Reyna Joy, Phil Stuno, Paul Brancher, Michael Green, Shen/Young, Lance Williams, Steven Loo, Angie Dogg, Freddie Alvarez, Jack Boyagian, John Euchididy, Nathanial Heligost, Richard Knoll, Bill Potter, Bob Scalla, Craig Schell. No one else wished to speak and the public input portion of this item was closed.
