June 2, 2017 through June 4, 2017. There was direction for the Sheriff's Department to issue the event permit and indemnification agreement with modified conditions as stated by County Counsel. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Supervisors Steele, Scott, Brown and Smith Recused: Supervisors Simon (b) On motion of Supervisor Scott, and by vote of the Board, authorized the closing of Clear Lake as specified in the administrative encroachment permit and approved the permit.
